Design solutions
We design smart, efficient systems that reduce energy loss and improve performance for their whole life. Every HVAC system starts with intelligent design and precise planning, and ours is documented so a consultant, a contractor or an authority can check it.
From the first calculation to the handover file
Each stage produces a deliverable you keep: a load schedule, a drawing set, a commissioning report, a support programme.
-
System design & load calculation
Engineers, AutoCAD tools and load-calculation software assess dimensions, insulation, heat sources, occupancy and climate before any equipment is chosen.
Stage 1→ -
Piping & layout planning
Every piping and ducting route drawn in detail for minimal energy loss, clean airflow and easy maintenance access, to the architect's specifications.
Stage 2→ -
Installation & commissioning
Certified technicians to international standards and manufacturer practice, from air handling units to the electrical connections, then tested and commissioned.
Stage 3→ -
Project management & support
One accountable engineer from survey to handover, then proactive maintenance programmes that prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Stage 4→
System design and load calculation
Our engineers combine AutoCAD-based tools with load-calculation software to assess the dimensions, insulation, heat sources, occupancy and climate of every space. The result is a system that is neither oversized, which short-cycles and costs more, nor undersized, which never catches up in August. Read more →
Piping and layout planning
Every piping and ducting route is planned in detailed drawings so refrigerant and chilled-water lines stay within the manufacturer’s limits, airflow is balanced, and every unit can be reached for maintenance. Layouts follow the architect’s specification and coordinate with electrical, plumbing and fire services.
Installation and commissioning
Installation is more than fitting components. Our certified technicians follow international standards and manufacturer practice from the air handling units to the electrical connections, then test, adjust, balance and commission the system with a written report. Read more →
Project management and support
One engineer is accountable from survey to handover, with a programme and weekly reporting. After handover, our maintenance and support packages prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Designed to the codes that apply here
ASHRAE fundamentals, the manufacturers’ application manuals, and the UAE’s own rules.
Al Sa’fat, Dubai
Mandatory for new building permits in Dubai. HVAC efficiency, fresh-air rates and controls documented for submission.
Estidama, Abu Dhabi
Pearl Rating requirements for new developments in Abu Dhabi, including the mechanical credits.
MOIAT energy labels
Only ECAS-certified, star-labelled equipment specified, tested at T3 conditions.
Civil Defence
Fire and smoke dampers, smoke control and pressurisation to the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code where the project needs them.
What you receive
Files in the formats your consultant and contractor already use.
Let’s engineer your system.
Tell us what you are building, renovating or planning. An engineer surveys the site, calculates the load and proposes the system in the brand that fits.
