Who we are

What we collect
- When you request a consultation or enquire: your name, company, phone number, email, project location and a description of the project. We need these to survey, design, quote and carry out the work.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your number and the messages you send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to the transport of messages.
- When you use the website: standard server logs and, if you accept it, analytics data about pages visited. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to measure calls and bookings.
- When you take a Premium or Energy Management support package: readings from the sensors installed on your system (temperature, humidity, CO₂ and power). These are used only to monitor and maintain your equipment.
How we use it
To provide the service you asked for, to send job reports, reminders and invoices, to improve our website, and to meet legal and accounting obligations under UAE law. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time by replying “stop” or emailing musa@sevenhvac.com.
Sharing
We share data only with the people and systems needed to do the job: our technicians and engineers, our booking and invoicing software, payment providers, the form and analytics providers used on this site, and building management when a permit requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Project, quotation and invoice records are kept for the period required by UAE tax and commercial law, currently five years. Sensor data is kept for the life of your support package plus 12 months. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection you can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where we no longer need it, and object to marketing. Email musa@sevenhvac.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies needed for the booking form and, if you accept them, analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
