About our systems, brands and support
What is a VRF system?
Variable refrigerant flow: one outdoor unit serves many indoor units and adjusts the flow of refrigerant to each room according to its load. Rooms are controlled individually and the compressor runs at part load most of the time. See VRF systems.
Why should I install a VRF system?
Zoned control and inverter compressors use far less electricity than a bank of conventional splits doing the same job, with quieter indoor units and steadier temperatures. On villas and hotels the running-cost saving usually pays back the premium within a few summers.
How do I choose the right system for my building?
You don’t have to. Our engineers survey the building, calculate the heat load room by room at UAE design conditions, and propose the system and the brands that fit, with the reasoning written down. See design solutions.
Which brands do you supply?
All major brands sold in the UAE: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Trane, York, Toshiba, LG, Samsung, Gree, Midea, O General and Hitachi. We select by the design and usually offer two options at different price points.
Do you offer maintenance or upgrade services?
Yes, for the systems we supply and commission. Three packages: Basic inspection and cleaning, Premium with cloud monitoring, and Energy Management with sub-metering and monthly reporting. See maintenance and support.
How long does a typical project take?
A villa VRF system takes two to four weeks from approved design to commissioning. Hotels, hospitals and developments follow the construction programme. Every project has a written schedule and weekly reporting.
