Two identical indoor units can perform very differently depending on where they sit. A cassette above a meeting table blows cold air onto the people at it. A ducted unit with an undersized return starves itself and ices up. Seven Infra supplies the full range of indoor units and plans each one for the room it serves, whether it is one of twelve on a VRF circuit or a single split.
What we deliver

| Ceiling coordination | Clash check against lighting, sprinklers, detectors and structure | Coordinated drawings |
| Drainage | Condensate fall, trap, pump where gravity cannot work, test with water | Drainage layout |
| Installation and commissioning | Mounting, pipework, wiring, controller setup, test run | Commissioning report |
The four types
- Cassette: four-way ceiling units for offices, clinics, shops and majlis areas, with the throw set so no desk sits in a draught.
- Slim ducted: concealed fan-coil units for villas, apartments and hotel rooms, with duct runs sized so the unit reaches rated airflow at low fan speed.
- Ceiling-suspended: exposed units for showrooms, gyms and halls without a ceiling void, mounted to structure with long-throw airflow.
- High-wall split: bedrooms, studios and staff rooms. We position the unit relative to the bed or seating and keep the pipe run within the manufacturer’s limit.
Applications
- Residences: villas and apartments where ducted zones serve living areas and bedrooms get individual control.
- Offices: cassette grids coordinated with the lighting layout and open-plan desk positions.
- Hotels: slim ducted units in guest rooms with low sound levels and easy filter access.
- Hospitality: restaurants and lounges where the units must disappear into the ceiling and cope with kitchen heat.
Brands
Seven Infra supplies all major indoor unit brands sold in the UAE, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Trane, York, Toshiba, LG, Samsung, Gree, Midea, O General and Hitachi. Selection follows the design: capacity, sound level, static pressure for ducted units, ceiling depth available and parts availability.
Built for the UAE climate
Indoor units are matched to outdoor units rated for T3 conditions at 46°C, so the pair delivers its capacity in August rather than only on the catalogue page. Humidity is handled by selecting coils that dehumidify at part load and by keeping fresh air on a separate ERV. Filters are specified for the dust load and positioned where they can be cleaned. Units carry MOIAT star labels and run on R32 or R410A; where a building still has R22 units, they are replaced rather than repaired, as the refrigerant is no longer supplied.
Who it is for
Villa owners choosing units for a new home or replacing the set in an existing one. Developers and contractors fitting out apartments, offices or hotel rooms in quantity. Consultants who need reflected ceiling plans and equipment schedules to match their design solutions. FM companies standardising on a unit range across a portfolio, with installation and commissioning and maintenance and support from one supplier.

Frequently asked questions
Which type is right for a villa?
Slim ducted units in living areas and bedrooms give the cleanest ceilings and the quietest result. High-wall units suit staff rooms and older buildings without a ceiling void. Cassettes work in a majlis or a large open kitchen.
Can a ducted unit be replaced without opening the ceiling?
Usually. Most UAE ceilings have an access panel beside the fan-coil unit, and a unit of the same size class can be changed through it. Otherwise one access hatch is cut and made good.
Do cassette units drip?
Only when the drain pump fails or the drain line blocks. We use the manufacturer’s pump kit and test the drain route with water before handover.
How long does installation take?
A high-wall unit takes half a day. A cassette takes a day including ceiling work. Ducted zones take one to two days each, plus the outdoor unit and piping. Contact us with the drawings for a programme.
